Privacy Notice

Tennessee Christian Homeschools (trading as TNChristianHomeschools.com) publishes a directory of Christian homeschool programs in Tennessee. We decide why and how personal data is processed on this site, which makes us the data controller. You can reach us at hello@tnchristianhomeschools.com.

• Listing information — program name, description, locations, grades, website, public email and phone, photos. Submitted by you for publication in the directory. Legal basis: performance of our agreement with you.
• Account data — your email address, name, and authentication records, used to create and secure the owner account that manages your listing. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Submitter and support messages — the name, email, and message content you send us, used to answer you and to verify listings. Legal basis: legitimate interests in running an accurate directory.
• Purchase records — subscription status, plan, and renewal dates for Verified Listings, so we can enable the feature you paid for. Card details are handled by Paddle, not by us. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligation.
• Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser information, and upload logs, used for security, abuse prevention, and improving the site. Legal basis: legitimate interests in keeping the service safe.

• Service providers who host our site, database, storage, and email delivery.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of Verified Listings, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting providers, where needed.
• Authorities where we are required to disclose information by law.

Information you submit for publication (program name, location, public contact details, photos) is intentionally public on the directory.

We keep listing and account data while your listing is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can restore it. Support messages are kept up to two years. Purchase and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent. Email hello@tnchristianhomeschools.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your supervisory authority.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — encrypted connections, access controls, row-level database permissions, and least-privilege service credentials — to protect personal data. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to process checkout. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and checkout will stop working.
