Terms & Conditions

The service is provided by Tennessee Christian Homeschools (trading as TNChristianHomeschools.com), referred to here as "we" or "us". By using the site, submitting a listing, or purchasing a Verified Listing you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you act for yourself, you confirm you are of legal age.

We publish a searchable directory of Christian homeschool co-ops, hybrid programs, microschools, tutors, and schools in Tennessee, plus informational guides on Tennessee education funding. Basic listings are free. A paid Verified Listing adds a Verified badge and homepage placement. Listings are informational and are not an endorsement; we do not vet or guarantee any program, and we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or misrepresentation;
• submit listings for programs you do not represent or that do not exist;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• interfere with the security of the service — no malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits;
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it current. You keep ownership of the listing text and photos you upload and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, resize, and display them in the directory and in related promotion. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

We retain ownership of the service, including its software, design, compiled directory data, written guides, and branding. Your use grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as intended.

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and may change or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

A Verified Listing is a yearly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy and pricing page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove a listing, or end a subscription for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time and request removal of your listing. On termination we may delete your content after a reasonable export window.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts located there. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page.
