Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a Verified Listing, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund it. This applies to your initial purchase and to each annual renewal.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at hello@tnchristianhomeschools.com and we will help you. Refunds return to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel a Verified Listing at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Verified badge and homepage placement stay active until the end of the paid period, after which your listing stays in the directory as a free listing.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
